Analytics
On this page
Robopost collects the numbers of the posts it publishes: impressions, engagements and more. You can read them post by post, or as totals and charts for all your posts.
You need: a Pro or Agency plan (lifetime Pro and Agency deals included). On other plans, the analytics page shows Upgrade to Access Post Analytics.
Which networks have analytics?
Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. X, Google Business Profile, Telegram and WordPress analytics aren't supported.
Only posts published with Robopost are counted.
See how one post performed
- Open Published posts and click the post.
- The Analytics section shows:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Impressions | How many times the post was shown |
| Total Engagements | All interactions with the post |
| Reactions, Comments, Shares, Saves | Each kind of interaction, when the network reports it |
| Engagement Rate | Total engagements divided by impressions |
A dash means the network doesn't report that number. Last synced shows when the numbers were last fetched. To fetch them now, open the ⋮ menu and choose Refresh data.
The section appears once the first numbers have arrived, usually within a couple of hours of publishing.
See all your posts over time
- In the sidebar, click Posts → Posts Analytics (Posts Analytics).
- Pick an Interval: Daily, Weekly or Monthly. The dates adjust to match.
- Leave Overall Only on to see all networks together, or turn it off and pick a Social Network.
- Change From Date and To Date if needed. Reset brings back the defaults.
The top of the page shows the totals for the period: Impressions, Engagements, Avg Engagement Rate and Last Sync. Below, three charts show Impressions Over Time, Engagements Over Time and Engagement Rate (%) Over Time.
When do the numbers update?
- For posts published in the last 30 days, Robopost fetches new numbers about every two hours.
- After 30 days, numbers stop updating on their own. Use Refresh data on the post to fetch them again.
- The totals and charts on Posts Analytics are rebuilt regularly from the posts' numbers, so they follow a little behind.
Networks also take time to count. A post's numbers can keep growing for days after it goes out.
Track clicks on your links
Post analytics count interactions on the network. To count clicks on a link, use a short link, or add UTM parameters and read them in your web analytics. See Short links and Create a post.
