Connect Google Business Profile

You need: a Google account that is an owner or manager of the Business Profile.
Each location (business listing) you connect is its own channel and counts once toward your plan's channel limit.
Connect your Business Profile locations
- Go to Channels → Connect channel and click Google Business Profile.
- Google asks you to choose an account. Pick the Google account that manages the Business Profile.
- Google shows what Robopost is asking for: to manage your business listings. Allow it and continue.
- Robopost opens Connect Google Business Profile with every location it found, across all the business accounts your Google account can manage. Turn on each location you want.
- Click Connect.
"Successfully connected" appears, and each location is listed in Channels → Channels.

Troubleshooting
My location doesn't appear in the list
The list shows "We could not find any data.", or a location is missing.
- You chose a Google account that doesn't manage the profile. Connect again and pick the right account.
- Your Google account doesn't have access to that location. Ask the profile's owner to add you as an owner or manager in Google Business Profile, or invite them to your team (or send them a Request channel connection) so they connect it themselves.
"Connect error. There was an issue while trying to connect your account."
You cancelled, or didn't allow access on Google's screen. Try again and allow it.
