Short answers, each with a link to the page that has the details.

How do I invite someone to my team?

On the Team page, click Invite Member, enter their email, choose their rights and channels, and click Invite. Inviting needs the Basic plan or higher. See Team members and roles.

Can I let a team member post only to some channels?

Yes. When you invite or edit a member, select only those channels under Can access channels. Admins always have access to every channel. See Team members and roles.

How do I switch between teams or brands?

Use the team switcher at the top of the sidebar, or click Switch on the Sub Teams page. See Brands and sub teams.

How do I change the email address I log in with?

On your Profile, click the button next to your email address, enter the new address and click Update Email. Then confirm the new address from the email you receive. See Change your email address.

I forgot my password. How do I get back in?

On the login page, click Forgot Password? and follow the link in the email, or use Login with Email Link. See Reset a forgotten password.

Why can't I change my password?

If you signed up with Google, your account has no Robopost password: you log in with your Google account. See Change your password.

How do I stop notification emails?

On your Profile, turn off Enable system notifications, or limit the emails to certain hours with Accept notifications from and Accept notifications to. See Choose which emails you get.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New teams start on the Free plan with a 7-day trial. When it ends, posting and scheduling stop until you subscribe. See Plans and billing.

How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?

Open Subscription and click Subscribe Now! or Change Plan on the plan you want. To cancel, open the billing page from the Click here link on Subscription; cancellation takes effect right away. See Plans and billing.

Where are my invoices and receipts?

Members with Admin or Manage Billing get them by email after each payment. They're also on the billing page you open from Subscription. See Find your invoices and receipts.

How do I use a coupon or promo code?

Choose a plan or a Lifetime Deal on Subscription, then enter the code on the checkout page before you pay. See Redeem a code.

When does my monthly usage reset?

On monthly plans, on each renewal date. On yearly plans, Lifetime Deals and the Free plan, every 4 weeks. Plan Usage shows the exact date next to Resets. See When does my monthly usage reset?

Do scheduled posts count toward my limit before they're published?

No. A post counts once it's published, once per channel. Drafts, queued posts and failed posts don't count. See What counts toward each limit.

My post failed with a message about my usage limit. What now?

Your monthly scheduled posts ran out, so Robopost didn't publish it. Reschedule it after your allowance resets, or upgrade your plan. See Plan usage and limits.

Why did my post fail?

Open the post to read its error, then apply the fix for that error. See Why did my post fail?

My channel was disconnected. What do I do?

Reconnect it. Posts that came due while it was disconnected fail with "Your channel was disconnected and we couldn't publish your post.", so reschedule them once the channel is back. See Reconnect a channel.

Can I connect several accounts from the same network?

Yes. Connect them one at a time, and log out of the network in your browser between two accounts, or use a private window, so the network doesn't reuse the account you connected last. See Channel FAQ.

How many posts can I send to one channel per day?

Each network has a daily limit per channel. See Posting limits.

Why do X posts use credits?

Posting to X uses X credits: 1 per post, and 14 for a post with a link. See X credits.

How long is my post history kept?

One year. Published post history expires 365 days after publication, and failed post history 365 days after its last update. Drafts, scheduled posts and your Media Library are kept. See Storage and history retention.

How is my data protected?

Logins, team permissions, channel connections and payments each have their own protections, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See Security and privacy.

How do I delete my account?

On your Profile, click Delete my account. First give another member Admin on every team you want to keep. See Delete your account.

How do I contact support?

Click the round chat button at the bottom right of the app, or email support. See Contact support.
