Agency plan
On this page
The Agency plan lets you run Robopost for your clients. Each client gets a separate workspace, called a sub team, and with white labeling the app carries your logo instead of the Robopost logo, on your own domain if you like. You pay one subscription; your clients don't pay Robopost.
What the Agency plan includes
- Unlimited channels, scheduled posts, automations, media and team members.
- Unlimited brands: one sub team per client, each with its own channels, posts, members and settings.
- White labeling: your logos, your support and reply-to emails, your own domain, your documentation and menu links.
- Posts analytics and the social inbox.
- Each month: 800 X credits, 256 faceless videos, 512 captioned videos and 512 long-to-shorts videos.
The Lifetime Deal Agency includes the same, except X: it has no monthly X credits, so you post to X with purchased credits. The Pro plan has up to 3 brands and no white labeling. Full comparison: Plans and billing.
How it fits together
- Your agency team holds the subscription and your branding. Its admins manage every client.
- A sub team per client holds that client's channels, posts and members.
- Your clients are members of their own sub team only. They see your logo and don't see your other clients.
Monthly allowances, such as scheduled posts and videos, are one pool shared by your agency team and all sub teams. You can cap each client with usage limits.
Set up your first client
You need: the Agency plan or the Lifetime Deal Agency, and Admin on your agency team.
- Subscribe to the Agency plan on the Subscription page. See Plans and billing.
- Brand the app: upload your logos and set your support and reply-to emails. See White labeling.
- Optional: serve the app on your own domain, such as app.youragency.com. See Use your own domain.
- Create a sub team for the client: Team → See Sub Teams → Create New Sub Team. You can invite the client's people in the same step. See Brands and sub teams.
- Set the client's limits: click Settings on the sub team's card and open Usage Limits.
- Connect the client's channels: switch to the sub team and connect them, or let the client do it. See Connect a channel.
What your clients see
- Only their own sub team, with your logo once you've uploaded it.
- No Subscription page and no plan upgrade buttons. Billing stays with you.
- No footer with Robopost's company, legal and documentation links.
- Invitations and notification emails sent under your team's name, with replies going to your Reply-To Email.
- A contact button whose messages go to your Support Email, or your own live chat if you add one. Without a Support Email, their messages go to Robopost support.
- A Documentation link that opens your documentation URL, or the built-in docs if you haven't set one.
Members of your agency team don't appear in your clients' member lists.
Important
If your agency subscription stops being active, for example after a failed payment or a cancellation, posting and scheduling stop in every client workspace. Clients see Account frozen and a request to contact their agency admin.
Share ready-made posts with clients
Create a collection in your agency team, share it with the sub teams you choose, and add posts. Clients copy them into their own drafts. See Collections.
