AI Assets
On this page
AI Assets is where you keep the material the AI reuses: your knowledge bases, your cloned voices and your background music. Everything you add here is shared with the whole team and appears in the AI tools' lists.
You need: the Admin or Manage AI Assets right. Without it, AI Assets doesn't appear in the sidebar.
Open AI Assets
Click Content → AI Assets in the sidebar (open it). The page has one card per asset type; click Manage on a card to open its list.
| Card | What it holds | Used by | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Knowledge Base | Your documents, pages and notes | Post ideas, captions, automations, video series | Knowledge bases |
| AI Voice | Voices cloned from your recordings | Video series, Blog to Video, automation videos | Clone your voice |
| BGM Buckets | Your background music tracks | Video series, Blog to Video, automation videos | Background music |
You can also jump here from the tools themselves: Manage AI knowledge bases, Manage custom voices and Manage Background Musics open the matching list in a new tab.
Find an asset
Each list has a search box and shows your assets as cards. Click Edit on a card to open it, or use its ⋮ menu to delete it.
The copy button on a card copies the asset's ID, which you only need if you work with the API.
Do assets belong to a brand?
Yes. Assets belong to the team (or brand) you're working in, like your channels and posts. Switch teams with the team switcher at the top of the sidebar to see another brand's assets. See Brands and sub-teams.
