# Connect TikTok

**You need:** a TikTok account you can sign in to.

## Connect a TikTok account

1. Go to **Channels → [Connect channel](https://dash.robopost.app/channels-connect)** and click **TikTok**.
2. TikTok opens. Sign in with the account you want to connect.
3. TikTok shows what Robopost is asking for: read your profile info, upload and publish videos, and see your
   videos. Click **Authorize**.

You're sent back with "Successfully connected", and the account is listed in **Channels → [Channels](https://dash.robopost.app/channels)**.

## Connect more than one TikTok account

TikTok keeps you signed in, so the second time it may connect the same account again.

1. Log out of TikTok in your browser, or open a private (incognito) window.
2. Click **TikTok** again and sign in with the next account.

## Troubleshooting

### "This channel already exists"

TikTok signed you in with an account that's already connected. Click **Log out from TikTok**, log out there, then
try again.

### "Connect error. There was an issue while trying to connect your account."

You cancelled on TikTok, or TikTok refused the request. Try again and click **Authorize**.

### TikTok posts started failing

The connection may have expired. See [Reconnect a channel](https://dash.robopost.app/docs/channels/reconnect-a-channel.md). TikTok's own
posting settings, such as privacy, music and sound, are covered in [Network options](https://dash.robopost.app/docs/posts/network-options.md).
